DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Miller Editorial offers writing and editing services based on submitted information. Miller Editorial will provide services to create new content based on established requirements or improve a document from its original draft, which includes offering critiques, proposing revisions, and revising and submitting the edited version for Client approval.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: All content submitted by the Client remains the intellectual property of the Client.

LIABILITY: Writing and editing services do not ensure acceptance for publication in and/or peer review for any publication. Clients are responsible for the final content, usage, and quality of the edited document. Miller Editorial disclaims all liability for any consequences resulting from the use of services, and Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miller Editorial, and anyone associated with Miller Editorial, from and against any liability, loss, claim, injury, damages, confinement, or demand, including legal fees, that arise from any claim, action, or proceeding. In no event and under no circumstances will Miller Editorial be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages: indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary. Miller Editorial will provide services to create or improve content but does not claim a document is without errors following completion of services and accepts no responsibility for any consequences arising from errors, omissions, or technical issues resulting from services. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure any and all issues are submitted to Miller Editorial following the Client’s review of the edited or written document(s).

JURISDICTION: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona, USA. Any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms of Service will be settled by binding arbitration in Arizona.
These Terms of Service may be amended at any time and the revised edition will be immediately effective.
